Originally released on Evening Wiki, Sorin Robert Tudose, 37, of Cars2Life and Whimbrel Close, Greenwich, SE28 8HX, has faced allegations of financial impropriety relating to the sale of a car intended for use by pregnant mother with an 18 month old child. Sorin’s company utilises rental space for his vehicles out of Crowlands Golf Club, Dagenham, RM8 1JX.

Sarah Louise took to social media to share her experience with Sorin Robert and Cars2Life: “Please beware when purchasing a car from Cars2Life ltd a Mr Sorin Roberts/ Sorin Roberts Tudose… who rents parking space at Crowlands Golf Club Dagenham to sell his Vehicles.”

“10 weeks ago, he sold us a car which he knew was for me, my 18 month old child and our unborn child due any day now. When doing the checks he stated that the break pads had recently been renewed, and provided a recipt, but everything else was in great condition and that he had been using the car himself to get around. He also told us to reach out to his company should we have any issues pop up.”

“Fast forward to yesterday, when we took the car for an MOT. We was advised the car was unsafe and not roadworthy as the mechanic handed us both front springs that had snapped off. He said the vehicle was a death trap waiting to happen!”

“We contacted Sorin to explain that his business had sold us a faulty car to give him the opportunity to be able to offer the repairs to make it safe, swap for another vehicle or to exchange, under the consumer rights act 2015. Rather than discussing a solution, he put all blame on us as the buyer and told us he is not at fault for selling an unroad worthy car.”

“Sorin has now decided to block us on Facebook, watsapp and all other forms of communication. We have reported him to the Motor Ombudsman and warn all others of him when it comes to buying a car in Dagenham.”

Many commenters argued that taking the company to small claims court would likely yield a positive result for Louise.
