Sakin Ahmed advertised the two bedroom property situated at 139 Bastable Avenue, Barking, IG11 0NX on popular rental marketplace Spareroom, and swiftly arranged a viewing between himself and the interested party.

After viewing the property the interested party was satisfied with it and wished to enter into an agreement, and was encouraged to pay 3 months in advance, and they complied.

Handover of keys was scheduled for October 4th, however the ex-Business Management student has ceased all contact with the interested party, and his social media handles have either been taken offline or made private, with all images removed.

The victim is distressed and says he has been made homeless as a result of this incident, and is hoping a person who is in contact with Ahmed currently can resolve the matter. The Metropolitan Police are currently aware.
