Sabrina Moniz, 24, from Toronto, Ontario, who also uses the stage name LadySB, has openly admitted to public mischief, by calling social services and making a false claim against a former partner, in revenge for issues within their relationship. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 5 years imprisonment.

On the Real Toronto Podcast, Moniz described feeling “pissed off”, which led to her make a calculated false allegation of the abuse of his children directly to child protective services, resulting in regular visits from a support worker.

Moniz, who also uses the name Sabrina Rosa, goes on to outline how premeditated her allegation was, comparing it to work achieved by ‘artificial intelligence’.

In response to her shocking confession, social media heavily condemned LadySB. One user said: “If I was the guy, I would record this and take it to the police, get her charged.”

Another user said: “This woman, ever so proudly, treated making a false allegation as if it’s a laughing matter. She absolutely needs to be locked up, and now while the video is still up!”

Another user highlighted how underrepresented false allegations are in crime statistics: “The worst thing is she knows she can brag about what she’s done, not giving a damn about the harm she’s caused those children & their father, as she knows she will face no consequences. This is why we have #FalselyAccusedDay this Saturday to raise awareness of how common this is.”
