Originally released on Evening Wiki, Louis Hogan, of Dagenham, RM9 was arrested on October 15, 2023 by the Metropolitan Police for sexual communication with a minor in connection with an investigation by online safeguarding group Innocent Voices.
Louis Hogan allegedly contacted what he believed to be a 13 year-old girl on social media, and began engaging in highly sexualised conversations. He aggressively pursued for her sexual images and videos of herself and refused to accept her refusals, and later began threatening to commit suicide if she did not comply.
The alleged sexual predator began to allegedly offer her money in exchange for the child pornography, later scolding her and telling her to “grow up and just do it”.
The alleged sexual predator also sent the child sexual images of himself, and attempted to obscure his identity via a fake profile, but made an error which allowed himself to be identified.
On conviction sexual communication with a child carries a maximum sentence of 2 years per charge.
Hogan’s family and ex-partner has since come forward to claim they were unaware of his criminality and that they have since received large amounts of harassment.
